Als Modern Work & AI Consultant berätst du unsere Kunden rund um Microsoft 365, KI und digitale Zusammenarbeit. Du bewegst dich dabei zwischen Strategie, Konzept und Umsetzung und hilfst Organisationen, neue Technologien sinnvoll und messbar einzusetzen. Um unsere Modern Work-Unit zu verstärken, suchen wir dich deutschlandweit, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. Gerne in Teil- oder Vollzeit.
Was du bei uns bewegst
- Beratung rund um M365, Copilot und AI Use-Cases
- Aufbau und Moderation von Use-Case-Workshops und KI-Werkstätten
- Entwicklung von Automatisierungen und Agenten mit der Power Platform und Copilot Studio
- Begleitung von Change & Adoption Initiativen im Modern Work Umfeld
- Diskussion neuer Technologien mit Kunden, auch wenn noch nicht alle Antworten feststehen
- Unterstützung im PreSales, z.B. mit Demos oder Lösungsansätzen
- Austausch in der Community (Meetups, Events, interne Formate)
- Optional: Durchführung von M365-Trainings
Unser Team kommt ursprünglich stark aus Change & Adoption rund um M365 und viele Kolleg:innen sind bereits tief im Copilot-Umfeld unterwegs.
Jetzt gehen wir neben den Klassikern gemeinsam den nächsten Schritt: AI, Agenten, Automatisierung und messbarer Business Value.
Was du mitbringst
- Experience as a Microsoft Consultant in the Modern Work environment
- Good knowledge of M365
- Experience with AI in the Microsoft ecosystem
- Enjoy discussing new topics early, even if only 80% of the information is available
- Ability to structure client engagements and guide them through new topics
- Strong interest in automation, agents, and AI scenarios
- Experience with Power Platform or Copilot Studio is a plus
- Microsoft certifications are highly welcome
You don’t have to know everything perfectly, but you should be eager to learn, stay engaged and develop quickly.
