Your Role
Your Mission
Depending on your background and interests, your responsibilities may include:
Designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions within the Atlassian toolchain
Supporting and advising internal teams or clients on best practices and process improvements
Customizing workflows, automations, and integrations to fit business needs
Acting as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements into scalable solutions
Driving continuous improvement in collaboration, agile workflows, and tool usage
Contributing to IT projects in areas like system administration, consulting, or development
Your Profile
Experience working with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) in a professional environment
Background in IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Hands-on mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and tools
Experience in administration, consulting, or development within the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Fluent in English
