Als Senior Engagement Manager:in (w/m/d) bist du nicht nur Berater:in, sondern auch Netzwerker:in, Impulsgeber:in und Sales-Treiber:in. Du bringst dein bestehendes Kundennetzwerk mit, entwickelst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und positionierst novaCapta als führenden Partner im Microsoft-Umfeld! Du analysierst ihre Bedürfnisse, entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Strategien und begleitest sie auf ihrem Weg zu nachhaltigem Wachstum und Innovation. Was du bei uns bewegst

Kundenberater:in: Du identifizierst neue Kundenpotenziale, entwickelst Strategien zur Geschäftsanbahnung und bringst aktiv neue Projekte ins Haus.
Microsoft 365 Expertise: Du überzeugst mit tiefem Know-how in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform und Co. – und weißt, wie man diese Technologien gewinnbringend einsetzt.
Netzwerk nutzen & erweitern: Du bringst ein belastbares Netzwerk im Microsoft-Ökosystem mit und baust es gezielt weiter aus.
Kundenbeziehungen gestalten: Du begleitest Kund:innen von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung – und darüber hinaus.
Marktimpulse setzen: Du erkennst Trends, entwickelst daraus neue Services und positionierst novaCapta als Innovationsführer.

Was du mitbringst

Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld, idealerweise in einer vertriebsnahen Rolle.
Netzwerk: Ein aktives Kundennetzwerk im gehobenen Mittelstand oder Enterprise-Segment.
Sales-Mentalität: Du denkst unternehmerisch, erkennst Chancen und verwandelst sie in konkrete Aufträge.
Technisches Know-how: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Apps, Power BI und verwandten Technologien.
Kommunikationsstärke: Du überzeugst auf C-Level, präsentierst sicher und verhandelst souverän.
Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Mobilität: Reisebereitschaft für Kundentermine, Events und Messen.

Your Role

As a Senior Engagement Manager (f/m/d) at novaCapta, you're more than a consultant: you're a connector, a catalyst, and a driver of sales.
You bring a strong network of existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and position novaCapta as a leading Microsoft partner. You’ll analyze customer needs, craft tailored strategies, and guide them toward sustainable growth and innovation.

Your Mission

Strategic Advisor: Spot new customer opportunities, develop engagement strategies, and actively bring new projects into the pipeline.
Microsoft Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies to deliver impactful solutions.
Network Builder: Utilize your strong Microsoft ecosystem network and grow it strategically.
Relationship Manager: Support clients from initial concept through implementation — and beyond.
Market Innovator: Identify trends, shape new services, and position novaCapta as a thought leader in digital innovation.

Your Profile

Experience: Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally in a sales-oriented role.
Network: A well-established client network in the upper mid-market or enterprise segment.
Sales Mindset: Entrepreneurial thinking with a knack for spotting opportunities and turning them into tangible results.
Technical Know-How: Solid expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Apps, Power BI, and related technologies.
Communication Skills: Confident communicator at C-level, skilled in presentations and negotiations.
Languages: Fluent in German and English.
Mobility: Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
