Entwicklung von SAP-Implementierungs- und Rollout-Strategien als kompetente(r) Projektleiter/-in
Funktion als Trusted Advisor, in der Schnittstelle zwischen Konzeption, Implementierung, Migration, Funktions- und Integrationstests, Schulung, Produktivsetzung und -betreuung
Du analysierst und entwickelst Lösungskonzepte und setzt diese mit dem Projektteam um
Gestalte aktiv die Zukunft mit, indem du deine Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung einbringst und bei der Akquise von neuen Kunden unterstützt sowie das Mentoring & Coaching junioriger Kolleg/-innen übernimmst

Was du mitbringst
Du hast schon einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise im Bereich der S/4HANA Cloud (idealerweise Public Cloud)
Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der S/4HANA-Welt und in Cloud-Technologien
Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Beratungs- und Projektmanagement-Methoden und –Tools, speziell im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere bist Du mit SAP Activate als Methodik für S/4 HANA Public Cloud Implementierungen sowie SAP Cloud ALM vertraut
Sicheres und souveränes Auftreten sowie sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten gehören zu deinen Stärken
Persönlich überzeugst Du durch Initiative, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung, Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit
Ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Prozesswissen sind für diese Aufgabe genauso wichtig, wie Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung in einem verhandlungssicheren Deutsch und Englisch

Your Role
Technical and commercial management and responsibility of customer projects for the transformation to SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Development of SAP implementation and rollout strategies as a competent project manager
Acting as a trusted advisor at the interface between design, implementation, migration, functional and integration tests, training, go-live and support
You analyse and develop solution concepts and implement them with the project team
Actively shape the future by contributing your ideas for further development and supporting the acquisition of new customers as well as mentoring and coaching junior colleagues

Your Profile
You already have several years of experience in project management, ideally in the area of S/4HANA Cloud (ideally Public Cloud)
In-depth knowledge of the S/4HANA world and cloud technologies
You have very good knowledge of common consulting and project management methods and tools, especially in the SAP environment, in particular you are familiar with SAP Activate as a methodology for S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementations and SAP Cloud ALM
Your strengths include a confident and confident manner as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills
Personally, you impress with your initiative, decision-making skills, results orientation, organisational skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
Strong presentation skills, negotiation skills and process knowledge are just as important for this role as communication skills and customer orientation in business fluent German and English
