Was du mitbringst
Du hast ein Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im IT-Service-Management im SAP-Umfeld sammeln
Die Steuerung von Teams ist kein Neuland für Dich
Dich zeichnet Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Together with your team, you will ensure the efficient operation of our customers' SAP Cloud systems
You will drive the further development of the systems in order to bring cloud innovations to the customer for practical use
You manage the team, monitor service quality and continuously improve it
You will proactively manage and ensure clear communication with the customer and and their stakeholders in the context of the service

Your Profile
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or business informatics or have a comparable qualification
You have already gained experience in IT service management in the SAP environment
Managing teams is not new territory for you
You are characterised by strong communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
Strong communication skills and business fluency in German and English
Knowledge of the main SAP modules and S4/HANA round off your profile
