Prozessgestalter:in: Mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 und M365 realisierst du agile Business Prozesse und nutzt das umfangreiche Toolset der Power Platform, um innovative Lösungen zu schaffen.
Entwicklergeist: Du entwickelst eigenständig mit der Microsoft Power Platform, einschließlich Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI und mehr, um die digitale Transformation unserer Kund:innen voranzutreiben.

Was du mitbringst

Bildungsweg: Du hast eine fundierte IT-Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Kundenprojekten mit.
Technische Kompetenz: Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen mit der Microsoft Power Platform, M365 und insbesondere Dynamics 365.
Technologiebegeisterung: Eine Leidenschaft für moderne IT-Technologien und die Bereitschaft, dich ständig weiterzubilden.
Analytisches Denken: Eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise, die es dir ermöglicht, komplexe Probleme zu lösen und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Join novaCapta as a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant (f/m/d) and become a go-to expert for smart, future-ready business solutions. Whether full-time or part-time – we’re flexible!

Your Mission

Solution Architect: You’ll translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly applications and ensure seamless integration into our clients’ workflows.
Process Innovator: Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and M365, you’ll design agile business processes and leverage the full potential of the Power Platform to build innovative solutions.
Hands-on Developer: You’ll independently develop with the Microsoft Power Platform – including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and more – to accelerate our clients’ digital transformation.
Innovation Driver: You’ll enhance existing Power Platform solutions and integrate third-party systems to expand functionality and impact.
Knowledge Sharer: Through workshops and training sessions, you’ll empower others to unlock the full potential of the Dynamics ecosystem.
Governance Expert: You’ll help define and implement governance and compliance frameworks to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards.

Your Profile

Educational Background: A solid IT education and several years of experience in customer-facing IT projects.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, M365, and especially Dynamics 365.
Tech Enthusiasm: A passion for modern IT technologies and a strong desire to keep learning and growing.
Analytical Mindset: You’re a problem-solver who can break down complexity and develop effective, scalable solutions.
Independence & Communication Skills: You work autonomously and communicate clearly – making complex topics easy to understand at any level.
