Stetige Weiterbildung sowohl in- als auch extern (u.a. Projektmanagement, Transformations- und Prozessberatung oder SAP-Schulungen bei der SAP direkt)
Interne Testsysteme und sehr enge Partnerschaft mit SAP
Nachhaltige Entwicklung in Richtung Lead Consultant oder Manager

Was du mitbringst
Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Technischer-) Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunk
Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, insbesondere im Bereich Process Mining Beratung
Erfahrung mit Process-Mining-Tools (z. B. Signavio, Celonis, Fluxicon, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR usw.) oder Business Intelligence (BI).
Solide technische Kenntnisse, insbesondere in SQL für Datenverarbeitung und -analyse sowie in Datenbanktechnologien, ETL und Programmierung (Java, Python, R usw.).
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP), Datenextraktion, Datenanalyse und Berichterstattung.
Solides Verständnis von Prozessmanagementkonzepten, BPM-Technologie usw. und Vertrautheit mit Prozessmodellierungsstandards, idealerweise BPMN 2.0.

Consultancy for important customer processes in ERP systems, such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, invoice-to-cash, invoice-to-pay, plan-to-produce, issue-to-resolution, etc., as well as their typical improvement potential.
Ongoing training both internally and externally (including project management, transformation and process consulting or SAP training at SAP directly)
Internal test systems and very close partnership with SAP

Your Profile
-Degree in (business) informatics, (technical) business administration, (industrial) engineering or a comparable qualification with an IT focus
Several years of relevant professional experience, especially in the field of process mining consulting.
Experience with process mining tools (e.g. Signavio, Celonis, Fluxicon, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR etc.) or Business Intelligence (BI).
Solid technical knowledge, especially in SQL for data processing and analysis as well as in database technologies, ETL and programming (Java, Python, R, etc.).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), data extraction, data analysis and reporting.
Solid understanding of process management concepts, BPM technology etc. and familiarity with process modelling standards, ideally BPMN 2.0.
"Hands-on mentality" and team player mentality and a pragmatic mindset
Language skills: German: Native speaker level (C1 and above), English: Fluent (desirable)
