Führung der Ressourcen bei der Erbringung gemeinsamer Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen administrative Unterstützung, Kommunikationsverfolgung, Ressourcenmanagement, Kostenverfolgung und Abstimmung, Arbeitsplanmanagement, Leistungsverfolgung, Aktenverwaltung, Statusberichterstattung, Servicemanagement-Berichterstattung, Kennzahlenberichterstattung, Kennzahlenanalyse, Einrichtung von Enterprise Project Management, Änderungskontrollmanagement, Problem- und Risikomanagement, Projektplanfortschrittsverfolgung und/oder Projektfinanzverfolgung.
Unterstützung beim Scoping und bei der Schätzung des Aufwands für potenzielle neue Arbeiten und Änderungsanträge für PMO-Dienstleistungen (für Verwaltungs-, Projektkontroll- und PM-Unterstützungsdienste).
Überwachung der Pläne für Arbeitsbelastung und Kapazität auf Teamebene und Steuerung der Übergangsaktivitäten für neue Rollen, die vom Team unterstützt werden sollen.
Planung des Risiko- und Problemmanagementprozesses, Identifikation von Risiken, Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Implementierung von Risikoreaktionen/Entscheidungen, um das Risiko für das Projekt zu mindern.
Koordination und Unterstützung durch regelmäßige Überprüfungen des Risikomanagements.

Your Role
Oversees the support team and acts as the main point of contact between the customer project and Walldorf Consulting.
Point of contact for the project to communicate status and additional service requests, escalate issues and manage risks.
As PMO Specialist, primarily performs the key PMO function for the client project.
Leads resources in the delivery of shared services in the areas of administrative support, communication tracking, resource management, cost tracking and reconciliation, work plan management, performance tracking, file management, status reporting, service management reporting, metrics reporting, metrics analysis, enterprise project management setup, change control management, issue and risk management, project plan progress tracking and/or project financial tracking.
Assists in scoping and estimating effort for potential new work and change requests for PMO services (for administrative, project controls and PM support services); documents these in the project support agreement.
Maintains workload and capacity plans at team level.
Monitors and manages transition activities for new roles to be supported by the team.
Planning the risk and issue management process, identifying risks, conducting risk analyses and implementing risk responses/decisions to mitigate the risk to the project.
Coordination and support through regular risk management reviews.

Your Profile
At least 4 years of experience required.
Specialisation in Jira/Confluence.
Experience in programme control services, delivery process control, metrics, reporting and analysis, time and work planning management.
