Entwicklung von SAP Implementierungs- und Roll-out-Strategien als kompetenter Projektleiter
Funktion als Trusted Advisor, also als Schnittstelle für Konzeption, Implementierung, Migration, Funktions- und Integrationstests, Schulung, Produktivsetzung und -betreuung
Unterstützung bei der Akquise von neuen Kunden und Aufträgen
Ausbau S/4 HANA Finance-Team und dessen Portfolio, Mentoring & Coaching von Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Was du mitbringst
Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Beraterin oder Berater für SAP Finance oder Controlling
Kenntnisse der Finanzprozesse
Erfahrung in der (Teil-) Projektleitung von SAP S/4 HANA-Transformationsprojekten
Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der S/4 HANA-Welt und in Cloud-Technologien
Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Spaß an der Führung von (internationalen) Teams
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your Role
Support of customer projects for the transformation of financial processes in SAP S/4HANA
Development of SAP implementation and roll-out strategies as competent project manager
Function as trusted advisor, i.e. interface for conception, implementation, migration, functional and integration tests, training, go-live and support
Support in the acquisition of new customers and orders
Expansion of S/4 HANA Finance team and its portfolio, mentoring & coaching of colleagues

Your Profile
At least five years of professional experience as a consultant for SAP Finance or Controlling
Knowledge of finance processes
Experience in (partial) project management of SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects
In-depth knowledge of the S/4 HANA world and cloud technologies
You are a team player and enjoy leading (international) teams
Strong communication skills and business fluency in German and English
