Was du bei uns bewegst
Als IT Business Consultant (w/m/d) bist du für die Beratung und Implementierung von IT-Lösungen bei unseren Kunden verantwortlich. Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und begleitest die Umsetzung.
Als Software Developer (w/m/d)stehen für dich die individuelle Entwicklung und Optimierung von Softwareanwendungen für unsere Kunden an erster Stelle. Dazu gehören auch das Testen und Implementieren der Systeme und Technologien sowie eine stetige Qualitätssicherung, damit alles reibungslos funktioniert. Du entwickelst Web- und Desktop-Anwendungen, mobile Apps und andere maßgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen.
Als Cloud Architect (w/m/d) entwirfst du das Cloud Design und setzt die geplante Architektur zusammen mit Cloud-Entwickler:innen und Cloud-Administrator:innen um. Du konzipierst das Rechtemanagement und hast den Datenschutz im Blick.
Als Project Manager (w/m/d)agierst du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenanforderungen und Softwareentwicklung, dabei steuerst du Projekte in allen Schritten bis zum Projektabschluss. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle im Team und bringst mit deiner Expertise unser WIR auf das nächste Level.
Als Systemadministrator (w/m/d)bist du für die Planung, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Infrastrukturen verantwortlich. Du betreust Server, Netzwerke und Cloud-Plattformen und stellst sicher, dass alle Systeme reibungslos funktionieren.
Als Sales Manager (w/m/d) überzeugst du neue Kunden, pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und berätst in Bezug auf unsere IT-Lösungen und Dienstleistungen. Du bringst unser Business nach vorne durch intelligente Vertriebsstrategien und setzt sie im Team erfolgreich um.

Was du mitbringst
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich IT, Technologie, Data Sciences, BWL, Mathematik oder anderen relevanten Fächern

Your Mission
As an IT Business Consultant (f/m/d), you will be responsible for consulting and implementing IT solutions for our clients. You will analyze business processes, develop customized solutions, and oversee their implementation.
As a Software Developer (f/m/d), your main focus will be the individual development and optimization of software applications for our clients. This includes testing and implementing systems and technologies, as well as continuous quality assurance to ensure smooth operation. You will develop web and desktop applications, mobile apps, and other tailored software solutions.
As a Cloud Architect (f/m/d), you will design cloud architectures and implement them together with cloud developers and administrators. You will be responsible for access management and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
As a Project Manager (f/m/d), you will act as the key interface between customer requirements and software development, managing projects from inception to completion. You will play a central role in the team and take our "WE" to the next level with your expertise.
As a System Administrator (f/m/d), you will be responsible for planning, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructures. You will manage servers, networks, and cloud platforms, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.
